Ruffner’s Luxury Pet Boarding is more than a place to leave your pet while you are on vacation. We offer your pet a place to stay and vacation in style. Your pets are a part of the family and should be treated accordingly, so leaving them at an ordinary facility does not cut it. Give us a call at 630-377-4589 today!

Facility Tours

Complimentary facility tours are available Monday – Saturday from 10 am – 3 pm. After your visit, you’ll see why we’re the talk of the dog community! Please leave your furry friends home for tours.

No Call, No Show Reservations

Reservation deposits and cancellation feeds are not accessed, however No Call, No Show Reservations will result in a $50 fee. Please call ahead to cancel any reservations. Thank you!

Medication Fees

The first 3 medications are administered complimentary. Each additional medication is $2 (one-time fee, not per day). All medications and vitamins must be provided in original packaging/containers. In order to correctly distribute, manufacturer dosage and administration instructions will be reviewed and followed. Unfortunately, we do not perform any injectable medications such as insulin or fluids.

Boarding

Luxury Dog Suite………$56.00

Includes: a beautifully decorated 5’ x 16’ room with television, bed, a full day of daycare each day, and an evening Frosty Paw treat. (For additional dogs, see add-ons)

Standard Dog Suite (With Daycare)………$50.00

Includes: a nicely decorated 4’ x 12’ room with a bed and a full day of dog daycare.

Standard Dog Suite (Half Days of Daycare)………$45.00

Includes: a nicely decorated 4’ x 12’ room with a bed, 5 hours of dog daycare then 2 trips outside to a private, spacious, outdoor run

Standard Dog Suite (No Daycare)………$43.00

Includes: a nicely decorated 4’ x 12’ room with a bed and 4 trips outside to a private, spacious, outdoor run.

*NOTE: All suites include the feeding of your own food. Please bring your pet’s food and treats from home. We can store and prepare any variety of food.

Please Keep in Mind

All prices apply to the day you drop off until 12:00 noon the next day, beyond then you will be charged for another full day of boarding. There is a full-day charge for Sunday. If you can not make it between 3 pm and 5 pm on Sunday, there will not be an additional charge till Monday at noon. If you have questions about these charges, please check out our FAQS.
